Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product purchased:
- Australia: 12–20 business days†
- United States: 12–20 business days†
- Canada: 7–15 business days†
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days†
- Europe: 7–15 business days†
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days†
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Orders may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers depending on product availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is an optional add-on (currently $4.99 per delivery) that covers your order against:
- Loss in transit - the carrier marks your order as lost, or tracking stops updating for an extended period
- Damage on arrival - your order arrives broken, crushed, leaking, or otherwise unusable
- Theft after delivery - the carrier marks your order as delivered but the package was stolen or never reached you (also known as "porch piracy")
How to claim
Contact us through the contact form on our website within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date (or, for lost-in-transit, within 14 days of the expected delivery date). Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of what happened
- For damage claims: a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging (when we ask for it)
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll either ship a replacement or refund the cost of the affected items, your choice.
What's covered and what isn't
Shipping protection covers the product cost of the affected items. The shipping protection fee itself is non-refundable when a claim is paid out - it's the premium for the coverage, and it functions like any insurance policy: you pay the premium for the right to have protection, not as a deposit returned when a claim is made.
Original shipping fees (if any) are refunded only if the entire order is lost in transit.
Protection does not cover:
- Items refused or returned by the customer after delivery
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Buyer's remorse or "changed my mind" returns (these are covered by our standard return policy)
Subscription orders
If your order is a subscription, the shipping protection is also recurring - each future delivery is protected automatically, and the $4.99 protection fee renews with each shipment. You can remove protection from future deliveries at any time by managing your subscription, the same way you'd cancel or change the subscription itself.
If you didn't add shipping protection
Orders without shipping protection are still covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee and any carrier liability that applies. Resolution may take longer in these cases because we generally need to wait on the carrier's own loss investigation before issuing a refund.
